Classes have stopped for the time being due to Covid -19:(
Very sadly I have to announce that all Total Self Defence Ltd classes are suspended until further notice as of now. As jujitsu is close-contact, we have to take the Government’s advice for everyone’s health. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we are throwing each other around again.
In the mean time please all stay safe. It will be nice if we can keep in contact through our group chat just to stay in touch over this tough period.

There are two locations for training, Barnet in North London and Hitchin in Hertfordshire. There are adult classes at both locations. The junior and kids classes only run at our Arkley club in Barnet.
